Shipping Policy

D2E Disclaimer

After orders are produced they then get shipped to the Indicated purchaser. Orders usually take approximately 5 -10 days for delivery. We use UPS for all of our shipping.  D2E is not responsible for packages and shipments lost by UPS. Customers will have to report the missing shipment to UPS and UPS will investigate the claim and reimburse the customer accordingly. D2E will not reimburse customers for a UPS lost or reproduce the garments free of charge. All claims must be dealt directly to UPS for all lost or missing packages. Once the shipment is issued a Tracking Number it is in the possessio of UPS. UPS will take all responsibilities from that point.

Shipping Policy -  

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost  for orders under $100.  There is Free Shipping for all orders over $100. This is exclusively for orders shipped within the United States of America. All orders shipped outside the U.S. will be charged shipping based on the location and the Tariffs implied. There is No Free Shipping for orders shipping outside of the U.S.

Shipping & Tracking

After all orders get shipped, they will be issued a Tracking Number by UPS usually starting with the letter Z. We also ship orders through the USPS. In this event, USPS will also issue a Tracking number for that shipment. Customers will be able to track their shipments with the assigned Tracking Numbers. If you are waiting on a shipment, you can simply call the D2E office and ask for the Tracking numbers. We will provide the numbers and assist the customer in Tracking their shipments.
