Refund Policy

If the customer is not happy with their order they have up to 30 days to make a claim. They can request a Refund or a Reprint. If they request a Refund, then D2E will refund the total amount of the invoice or they will reprint the entire job Free of charge. We at D2E strive for customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy and a repeat customer. After 30 days no Refunds or Reprints will be issued. Customers can also request credit on their next order.
